Veneered entrance doors

Luchesa designs and builds customized WOODEN ENTRANCE DOORS of various forms and various wood essences, having solid or glulam triple-layer frames or profiles faced with various types of veneer.

The surface treatment includes impregnation with quality water-based products, with a wide range of wood or RAL colours. ASSEMBLY Rectangular glazed doors, single- or double-sash, assembled with glues to norm UNI EN 204-04 and made up of:

MAIN FRAME profiles section 72 x 85 and 68/72x125 mm.

OPENING SASHES 3-rabbet profiles section 68/72x125 mm, with rounded edges.

GASKET EPDM heat and noise gasket, welded at the corners and inserted in the main frame two heat/noise gaskets.

WINDOW SILL fastened to the frame and arranged for fastening to the floor, in brass or with heat barrier in aluminium and polyamide.

HARDWARE for swing doors, with corner hinges, safety lock type KVF with multiple bolts and through handle in anodised aluminium.

IMPREGNATION Water-based impregnation, consisting of primer, undercoat, sanding and finishing coat.
